1. Fulltime undergradute students are eligible to participate once in their Y2 or Y3 studies (for instance, Y2 students can apply in their Y1 second semester; Y3 students can apply in their Y2 second semester)

2. Minimum cGPA of 2.5 (sGPA no less than 2.0)

*Every UIC student can apply successfully only once during their undergrauduate studies for a tuition waved study away programme (ESP or overseas exchange).
