A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was recently signed between UIC and the University of California, Berkeley Extension (UC Berkeley Extension). The signing of this MoU recognises the benefits of educational and cultural cooperation that can be achieved between the two institutions.

This MoU encourages direct contact and cooperation between the two partner institutions, participation in current and new programmes, seminars and academic meetings, exchange of academic materials and other information, and special short-term academic programmes.

UC Berkeley Extension is the continuing education branch of the University of California Berkeley. Many of the courses and certificates offered by UC Berkeley Extension are reviewed by UC Berkeley and are aligned to the University’s high academic standards.
