北京外国语大学国际商学院将在今年暑期召开全球胜任力暑期项目，项目学术周为7月15-27日，实践周为7月29-8月3日。成绩合格者将会颁发项目参与证明与成绩单。

现北外国商为我校提供1个【学术周】奖学金名额，学生报名、缴费并完成学习后，将全额返还学术周项目费（8000元）。请有意向的同学直接查看如下招生简章进行报名。最终奖学金名额将从国际发展处（IDO）提名的UIC学生中产生。

线上报名截止时间为：6月7日下午5点。

请于2024年6月10日下午4:30前到IDO办公室（T4-103）提交如下资料，逾期不候：

1.身份证复印件一份（身份证正反2页复印在A4纸同一面）

2.有父母及学生本人签名的报名表（*完成网上申请后系统会生成完整报名表，报名表内含有学生及家长签名确认书，家长签名处必须由家长亲笔签名，若无法提供已签名原件，可接受家长亲笔签名的扫描复印件！）

3.所有学期成绩单原件一份（所有学期成绩单，请到AR处打印）

1. 大家报名时，务必填写清楚院校：北师港浸大；

2. 如最终缴费参加项目的人数超过1个，最终奖学金授予将以项目结束后、北外国商的遴选为准；

3. 后续北外国商遴选奖学金，仅限IDO提名的同学。

Scholarship Quota for the Global Competence Summer Program at the International Business School of BFSU

Dear students,

The International Business School (IBS) of Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) will hold the Global Competence Summer Program this year. The academic week will be from July 15th to 27th, and the practice week will be from July 29th to August 3rd. Participants who pass the program will receive a certificate of participation and a transcript.

The IBS of BFSU is offering one scholarship for the "Academic Week" to our school. After students register, pay, and complete the course, the full fee for the academic week program (8,000 yuan) will be refunded. Interested students can directly refer to the following enrollment instructions to register. The final scholarship will be awarded to UIC student(s) nominated by the International Development Office (IDO).

Program Registration

The deadline for online registration is 5 pm on June 7th.

Please submit the following materials to the IDO office (T4-103) before 4:30 pm on June 10th, 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted:

1. A copy of your ID card (both sides copied on the same side of an A4 paper)

2. A signed registration form by parents and students (*After completing the online application, the system will generate a complete registration form, which includes a confirmation letter signed by the student and parents. The parents' signature must be handwritten. If the original signed document cannot be provided, a scanned copy of the parent's handwritten signature is acceptable!)

3. An original transcript for all semesters (please print all semester transcripts at the AR office)

Fees:
July 15-27 Academic Week Fee: 8,000 yuan
July 29-August 3 Practice Week: 3,000 yuan (optional)
Accommodation: BFSU dormitory 100 yuan/day (optional)
Other expenses, such as transportation and meals, are self-catered

Remarks:

1. When registering, please clearly state the institution: UIC;

2. If more than one person ultimately pays to participate in the project, the final scholarship will be awarded according to the selection of the International Business School of BFSU after the project ends;

3. Subsequent BFSU International Business School scholarship selection is only for students nominated by IDO.
