Notification message about student sharing session on 2017 Spring Semester Study Abroad Program will be released in due course.
Please note that the below print documents should be submitted to IDO upon application; the application deadline is September 25th, 2017.
(a) One original copy of UIC academic transcript (transcripts of all previous semesters);
(b) Personal statement (print out with your signature and date);
(c) Original copy of English certificate(IELTS or TOEFL);
(d) A signed letter of recommendation from your English language teacher and program professor;
(e) One copy of Passport (valid at least six months before the end of the exchange program) and one copy of ID card;

春季交换项目的分享会随后通知，希望大家密切关注来自IDO邮件通知.
请留意，报名截止/交表时间是： 2017年9月25日。
报名时必须提交如下资料：
一份UIC成绩单原件（成绩单包括学生往年的所有成绩）
个人陈述（必须打印出来且附上学生的签名和日期）
雅思或托福成绩原件
英语老师和专业老师的推荐信各一份（需签字）
一份护照复印件（请保证护照在交换项目结束后至少6个月有效）及一份身份证复印件
