UMHB visits UIC for educational cooperation

Associate Professor and Graduate Programme Director of Master of Science in Information Systems at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (UMHB), Dr Frank C. Lee, visited UIC on 10 April. The purpose of the visit was to explore cooperation between UMHB and UIC.

Dean of the Division of Science and Technology (DST), Prof Stephen Chung; Director of International Development Office (IDO), Dr Katharina Yu; and Assistant Director of IDO, Ms Li Mei represented UIC at the meeting.

Dr Katharina Yu introduced UIC, including its background, exchange activities, Divisions, vision and mission, as well as master programmes. In the afternoon, Dr Lee also met with UIC’s Programme Leader of International Foundation Programme at Academy of Continuing Education (ACE), Dr Teik Khiang Goh to seek possible collaboration in education programmes.

Dr Frank C. Lee was invited by Associate Professor of DST, Dr Sunny Jeong to attend a Distributed Computer Systems class. Before leaving, Dr Lee paid a visit to the DST Poster Presentation that was being held on campus.
